How do I send a tenant application link to a prospective tenant?

Each property in your dashboard has a unique application URL. Send it by email, WhatsApp, or paste it into your existing listing - the tenant opens it on their phone and runs through the multi-step form.

Which documents does the application collect by default?

ID or passport, proof of address, the latest payslip, recent bank statements, and a landlord reference. Optional fields cover guarantors, additional occupants, pets, and vehicles. Every document is tagged and downloadable as a ZIP.

How does LetSignal handle affordability and POPIA consent?

Gross and net income are captured at the structured-fields level so the affordability ratio under the National Credit Act is visible in the Application Report PDF. POPIA consent is captured in plain language at the start of the form, and each agency only sees its own applications.
